Business Development Manager (North America)
- Identify business opportunities and in charge of sales activities execution in the designated territory
- Explore potential marketing activities, conduct demand analysis, and introduce appropriate solutions to customers
- Responsible for business development, project follow-up, business negotiation, plan confirmation, order placement, and contract signing
- Coordinate with PM on project kick-off and execution, ensuring customer on-schedule payment and maintenance activities
Senior System Architect (Taiwan)
- Develop software requirements specification and lead team discussion
- Establish and be responsible for the code review of relevant systems to maintain consistency of the structure
- Take the initiative to understand, communicate, and discuss business needs
- Improve the existing technical architecture, and continue to develop and propose better design solutions
Software Project Assistant Manager (Taiwan)
- Conduct customer interview and demand analysis, and feasibility assessment for solutions.
- Plan, design, and analyze potential requirements for business processes and system architecture.
- System functional verification test plan and execution, and assist in problem troubleshooting.
